There is no such thing as an anchor baby loophole. I believe as more people look at the nuts and bolts of the 14th Amendment they are seeing that it does not allow foreigner's kids born on US soil automatic citizenship.

It depends on the parentage.

If neither of the parents is a U.S. citizen, then no.

I'm hearing things like the Chinese are bringing pregnant woman to the US, letting them abuse our medical system by having the baby without paying, and then taking the baby back to China to be raised as Communist, with the goal of these children returning to sway votes in our elections.

Let's hope that if that is the case, the information makes it to the SCOTUS. The left are masters at hiding information.

Hell no. If a biatch dog crosses the border from Mexico into the US and has puppies, the puppies born to that dog are still considered the property of the original owner in Mexico.

But, will SCOTUS see it that way? Or, with Roberts in charge, will they default to their "make no waves" policy and leave things as they currently exist? Recognizing Native Americans as a special case, I don't see anything that supports anchor babies in any way, shape or form.
