Vitamin B and Heart Problems

I take Vitamin B12 every day for nerve help but now they are claiming it may be bad for a person's cardiovascular system. Does anyone else take B vitamins daily?

Never believe the msm when it comes to supplements. They lie in an effort to promote big pharma’s poison. We saw this big time during the COVID propaganda.
No, I just eat fruits, vegetables, seafood, couple of good steaks every month and stay away from the processed foods, carbs, trans fattys, sodium, fast food. Drink water, iced tea, and coffee.
Humans only need 2.4 micrograms of B12 a day.

If you are taking thousands of time that of course it could have negative effects.
