Virginia's Gov. Glenn Youngkin Issues Statement on Noncitizen Voting Lawsuit Filed by the Biden-Harris Department of Justice

Because the Democrats do last minute registrations to cheat?
Why doesn't Virginia vet their applicants registering to vote?

This purge of his includes dead people and felons and non citizens....

Purging felons and non citizens has been proven to disenfranchise citizens. Non citizens who have become Naturalized citizens are wrongly removed and felons that are not or no longer felons being stopped from voting who completed their time are wrongly removed. Being notified they are being removed before the 90 day cut off, under federal law, allows Virginia citizens time to get reinstated before the final voter rolls.

Republicans seem to be vying for the party of Lawlessness....just like their leader.

The law says NO ILLEGALS CAN VOTE..
And they should be purged regularly and no later than 90 days before a federal election, so that those citizens wrongly removed have time for their due process, to get themselves rightfully reinstated on the voter rolls.

Why did Virginia wait so long to do this massive purge of dead people, ex felons, and non citizens?

Dem counties dragging their feet waiting for the deadline to kick-in....Youngkin was not having any of it.

That is what leadership is, in a state's rights type of way. Piss on the fed's lawfare.

Of course, your ilk would not know leadership if it leaped-up and bit you people in the ass.

So when did this purge list begin in Virginia? Months before the August cut off? How could dem counties drag their feet if the purge began AFTER the cut off date? I'm confused about what you are claiming?

Sigh, it's been ongoing for some time.....The dem counties have been dragging their feet for better than a year.

Do some research on your own, it's not my job to hold your hand.

Not sure it makes a difference. The most important thing is to make sure the illegals don’t vote.

There are lists where people who have received jury subpoenas say they can’t serve because they aren’t citizens, yet they have registered to vote. Let’s at least get rid of obvious ones like this.

Yes, agree.

Does Virginia require ID at the polls?

This is all that I could find when I googled it, and it doesn't support your claim, that I could discern.

Maybe, since this is your thread and your claim about democrats, and you are a Virginia resident, you could supply a link....?

Supposedly, but if you forget it - or don’t have one - you can sign a statement saying you are who you say you are.
But then it is a Provisional Ballot, and provisional ballots are verified before counting their vote.

Alternatively, in the former CSA states, there was a tradition of trying to get rid of potential voters of the other party via a variety of means and this is one. Paxton tried in Texas as well.

Other methods are to deliver machines late or close down election locations in less desired counties.

And in big cities give them fewer voting machines to cause the long long lines in wait to vote.
