That's not completely true. Women who are athletes and take testosterone have been able to compete an actually win. Furthermore, biological women have won state high school wrestling championships. They competed against boys and won. There has been at least 1 biological woman who played college football and played a position other than kicker. She played high school football with boys, was all league, and played safety at a Division 3 school. Meanwhile, men who transition into women take estrogen treatments and cannot compete unless they have a certain level of testosterone that is normal for females. Anything above that amount, and they cannot compete.
