The raw data without explanation , about which the BLaMe movement is raving , is that blacks are killed proportionally more than whites by police officers , however nowhere is it established that white officers are proportionally more likely to be the ones doing the killing , which the left continues to insinuate .
It is clear that there is a lack of data by which to establish any informative conclusion -
