I live not far from Portland. I lived in Portland all through the 90s. I paid very close attention to what was happening in Portland during the BLM protests. It was Anarchists (Seattle area mostly) and opportunists who did most of the looting and burning. 93% of the BLM marches were peaceful and ended before dark.
