I know how you lefties think. It's exactly how you think about racism. You think someone in the minority can't possibly be racist because it's impossible for someone in the minority to be racist. You think the same about the poor and fraud. You think that just because they are poor they can't commit fraud or benefit from fraud, just because they are poor.
