Vermont GOP rules bar it from promoting any candidate who is a 'convicted felon'

I just found out that Florida doesn't allow convicted felons to run for public office . Sounds like trump just lost Florida completely. My state , also GOP dominated is quickly trying to change it's laws so trump can be on the ballot here. Not going to work. We 're on to them.

Here is a picture of Trump voting in Florida on August 14th, 2024....

So there goes your wishful thinking.

Since I do not fear death there is actually nothing in this world to fear. That's one of your limitations I guess.
you can be anything on the internet stan.....even a big brave guy.....

And no one pressed charges. How republican of them.
There is a reason. I was hoping the picture might help you understand why he will still be on the ballot.

Regards,
Jim

Right, he can vote. Because his 34 felonies are New York felonies.
Trump is a convicted felon living in Florida , he shouldn't be able to vote and he definitely shouldn't be on Florida ballots period. The law doesn't specify who you're electing for either state or federal office , it simply says convicted felons aren't allow to be on Florida election ballots. They goofed , imagine Florida doing such a thing.

Well known fact even discussed and confirmed by lib loons. They extended the statute of limitations
You are on an island secluded away from even your fellow dummies and liars.
Liar. It's a stupid lie, which is why you like it.

He definitely can vote in Florida, by Florida law.

And this year, it's actually legal for him, unlike when he illegally voted in Florida last time (he didn't live there).

More hope presented as fact thus a lie

If democrats had a thought, the world might come to an end.

Why do you suppose Marchand does not want to sentence Trump?

In order to sentence, the judge would have to enter a judgment of conviction and that would make Trump a convicted felon. He doesn't want to do that.

Hopefully the republican party in every state comes to this agreement and bans trump!
No need.

We learned from Dems in 3029 that not only rules but laws can be changed at the last minute to achieve a political ambition.
