he did not shove him twice lair. and the accused said touch me and see what happens, he intended to stab him.
Sounds like he was given a fair warning. He shouldn't have touched him a second time.
I never said about being "locked in." I think we both know when you're surrounded by ppl, this is irrelevant. A door doesn't need to be locked in order to prevent you from leaving a space when ppl are standing in your way. The cell phone video showed Allison saying he didn't want to fight and warning Ramirez and that's when Ramirez attacked him. When you seek conflict, don't be surprised when the law doesn't look in your favor. That's what happened in the Anthony case as well as this one.
I agree. Both boys were in the wrong starting fights, but that didn't justify stabbing either one of them to death.
Kids do stupid shit.
My complaint was not "who was justified", but that even though both boys were found guilty of stabbing someone to death, one boy got 10 years with a negligent homicide charge, while the other got 35 years for murder.
And the only real difference in the two cases was one was white, and the other was black.
So all White Boy's Buddies said White boy didn't do nothing.the 1st hand witnesses says he didnt shove him and even if he did he had the knife in his hand before that as per first hand witness testimony,, not your internet troll opinion,,
Got it.
