They think if they DON’T get hired over a better-qualified white, it’s racism.
Because, more often than not, it is.

And a lot of it isn't even conscious racism.

We are inclined to be favorable to people who remind us of ourselves

In my career, I got two jobs because I knew people who already worked there.

Another job I got because my boss was a fellow Star Trek fan.

When most of the people making the hiring decisions are white, then lo and behold, white people will have an advantage

The confrontation was provoked by two white bullies (raised by a man who thinks saying "Watermelon felon" is acceptable) trying to push him out of a tent.

Again, I have no problem with Anthony going to prison. But he should have been charged with negligent manslaughter like Caysen Allison was for the exact same crime.

That's not according to witness testimony. It was confirmed that Ramirez and his 3 or 4 other friends surrounded Allison in the bathroom, wouldn't let him leave and Ramirez even threw the first punch. You have a weird definition of the word, "bully" here and who you're attributing it to. There is a huge difference between "visiting" someone with a knife (Anthony) and then using it on one of the people you're "visiting," and being forced to fight (Allison) because you're surrounded and being held captive by a group of people in a small confined space as you're attempting to leave.

Actually, the whole "locked in the bathroom" thing turned out not to be true in the Allison case. He wasn't locked in, and he talked for several days about how he was going to put Ramirez in the hospital.

Even the jury didn't buy the self-defense claim.

I don't think either of them had a valid self-defense claim because they had the option to avoid the situation. I just not the disparity of the white guy getting "negligent manslaughter" and the black kid getting "Murder" for essentially identical circumstances.

Ok, if you have a link to the footage, then post it. I have looked on YouTube, I have looked on google, the footage doesn’t exist unless you make a request and, you cannot record it
your shortcomings are not my problem,,

theres been enough 1st hand witnesses to confirm we got the right man and his due process was fully given and justice has been served,,

have a nice day,,

There is no "right side".

Two kids got into a fight. One of them felt threatened enough to use a knife.

Either one of them could have de-escalated this situation.
And one murdered the other.
And is going to rightfully rot in prison for several years.
P.S. His family is a POS.
The End.

there was NO fight you lying retard. the victim did not hit the knife wielder, and ALL the witnesses agreed the accused was instigating everything that happened. there is no justification for stabbing someone for a push.

incorrect,,

two kids did not get in a fight,,
one kid was where he wasnt supposed to be and after being told to leave 14 times he refused and became hostile and stabbed and killed one of the kids telling him to leave,,

there was never a fight just a unprovoked stabbing,,

“Was where he wasn’t supposed to be”

False. The kid who got stabbed didn’t WANT him there. He began physically trying to remove him and Anthony stabbed him

Not taking a side. Just describing what occurred.

Probably should have been manslaughter

And might have if there had been any black folks on the jury

other 1st hand testimony said he had the knife in his hand before the claim force even happened,,
