only 3 blacks were in the Jury pool retard and all 3 were excluded for cause, one of them said he would never convict a brother and the other two were school employees and so were excluded because of that. there were 5 minorities on the Jury, so much for your knowledge.

I don't think either of them had a valid self-defense claim because they had the option to avoid the situation. I just not the disparity of the white guy getting "negligent manslaughter" and the black kid getting "Murder" for essentially identical circumstances.

I never said about being "locked in." I think we both know when you're surrounded by ppl, this is irrelevant. A door doesn't need to be locked in order to prevent you from leaving a space when ppl are standing in your way. The cell phone video showed Allison saying he didn't want to fight and warning Ramirez and that's when Ramirez attacked him. When you seek conflict, don't be surprised when the law doesn't look in your favor. That's what happened in the Anthony case as well as this one.
