100% false The law states a reasonable person must agree and thats a jury. His life was never threatened. He provoked the incident as many testified and he used excessive force. Guilty as charged now lock his ass up.

I heard of no testimony ever even suggesting that the victim was armed.

“Anthony escalated a verbal disagreement into a deadly encounter by pulling a knife from his backpack and stabbing an unarmed teenager.” From the article I linked earlier.

I defy anyone, including IQ2, to explain how pulling a knife out of a bag to stab an unarmed “other person” fails to make out a homicide.

When I was in high school, I played many sports and there were many occasions when rival schools were present, that trash talk, pushing and shoving, a much more occurred. Not once however did anyone believe someone would pull out a knife and stab someone in the chest. This thug is a murderer, and he deserved the verdict he received.
