Coroner report stated the knife pierced all the way through Metcalf’s heart and even indented a bone behind his heart.

THE STABBING WAS WITH SIGNIFICANT FORCE.

Anthony did not brandish the knife and warn Metcalf to stay away…Anthony conceal the knife and dared Metcalf to touch him…..then BURIED THE KNIFE ALL THE WAY THROUGH METCALF’S HEART AND OUT THE BACK SIDE.
