This is the mentality of the left and why our cities are violent cesspools. It all goes back to their views of compassionate and restorative justice. It's why leftist judges routinely turn violent thugs loose on the streets time after time and why prosecutors don't bother to prosecute.

Regardless, I don't think you're going to see any changes in the cities over this.

So what was Jones justification for this statement.

First....with few exceptions, I can't see how people would not be mentally ill (at some level....and we all are) to kill someone.

The way this happened.....I think it might be more brainwashing than mental illenss.

Valid observation. A part of he issue is that the perp never faced consequences for his actions. 14 prior arrests and he felt emboldened to kill a white girl believing the DIE / leftist addled court system would let him go.
