Obama took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, therefore he is in violation of said Constitution if he allows or pushes for any agenda other than protecting and defending the Constitution

The purpose of the Constitution is to protect private property therefore protecting freedom. The purpose of Communism is to abolish private property therefore abolishing freedom.
