Dr's are going out of business over the high cost of malpractice insurance.

Yep the fact that we even have a need for volunteer organizations that help disabled vets work the maze to get the care they are owed is totally disgraceful.

uscitizen, no patient can sue a VA hospital or its employees for bad care. As it is, these vets have no recourse. Personally, I think that should change.

But it seems to me the first order of business is to vacate the licenses of anyone involved in this debacle. AT LEAST let's stop infecting our vets.
