Also, now it makes sense to me why a small business owner, who had exceeded his 8-year favoritism as a black owned business, wanted me to set up a company and then funnel work to him. He just needed a female to “appear” to be the owner so he could continue to get favoritism. I of course refused. TOTALLY unethical.

How is this even legal? The blue wave that has crashed upon Virginia has introduced multiple laws, from ones that coddle criminals to, apparently, discriminating against whites.

In this instance, white men cannot even be considered for certain state contracts unless there is absolutely nobody else who can do the job.

The definition of SMALL is: " “Small business” means a business that is at least 51% independently owned and controlled by one or more individuals who are U.S. citizens or legal resident aliens, and together with affiliates, has 250 or fewer employees, or average annual gross receipts of $10 million or less averaged over the previous three years. One or more of these individual owners shall control both the management and daily business operations of the small business."

White men can own a business that qualifies as "small". "Small" is a function of company size and has nothing to do with race or gender.

If a white man has such a “small” business but goes up against a woman with a “small” business, and a black man with a “small” business and a black woman with a “small” business — the preference goes to? The last example.

Behind that black woman comes either the black man or the woman of any race. Behind all of them comes the white man.

Why?

How is that fair to the white guy?

The simple and obvious truth is that such race-conscious laws deny equal protection and equal opportunity to at least that white man under the circumstances.

Why should anybody get a “preference” over anyone else except maybe on pure hard business grounds?

To GRANT a preference on the basis of the law’s provisions is to DENY the same opportunity to the white guy. A denial of equal opportunity — to any person — under color of law is exactly what the Constitution forbids.
