As much as I enjoy the American win, I can understand the disappointment of the Canadians.

Starting Wednesday those players have to go back to NHL teams where they will have American teammates, who I’m sure won’t mention the American win at all.

Additionally, two very similar teams played in the Four Nations tournament last year and Canada Won; so I’m sure the Canadian players expected a similar result this morning.
