• Inform them that if not moving within 20 minutes, Windsor Police, Ontario State police, and Candadian military will begin to visit each truck and arrest and remove those who refuse to move.
• Leave the keys or you will face a further jail term/fine.

And for those who refuse.....well, do it.
Arrest 'em.
Then move their truck out of the way.....in whatever way works best.
