Biden is truly losing his mind on this question, but will he be overruled by his military. It's close to unanimous now that defending Artemovsk (Bakmuht) is the last line of Ukraine's defense.

Or, alternately, Biden might be right to have the Ukraine retreat, to fight another day after arms and ammuntion have been replenished.
