WASHINGTON, Feb 12 (Reuters) - A U.S. judge blocked the Pentagon on Thursday from reducing Senator Mark Kelly's retired military rank and pension pay because he urged troops to reject unlawful orders.

The preliminary ruling by U.S. District Judge Richard Leon in Washington is the latest setback in court for President Donald Trump's historic campaign of vengeance against his perceived political enemies, which has drawn pushback from judges across the ideological spectrum.
So it seems the revenge tour that this president is on keeps running into legal roadblocks, called the law. How many more times will he lose in court until he finally gives up? I doubt he gives up. He will keep spending tax payer's money as he seeks to inflict pain on anyone who does not bow to him.

Do you really think that a President who tells the troops they don't have to obey the commander in chief is really what the country needs?
You mean a President who actually served his country instead of faking bone spurs?

Ùnlike Trump, Kelly is not a convicted felon

Kelly 2028

That’s not what Kelly and the others said.

Now I think a President that says “You don’t have to shoot am unarmed kneeling man in the back”.

Ya that would be a good thing.

Then again there's a former Democrat that dodged serving in the military, and was randy enough to have oral sex and molest grieving widows in the White House.
Touché mon ami .. Encore

Trump is not a student of history; he's a student of women "on the younger side!" He probably never heard of the Nuremberg Trials after WWII. What pissed him off was the troops finding out that obeying unlawful orders could get them in trouble. Trump thinks they should obey any order he issues, lawful or not.

Bigly!!!

I know you have never stood before a Courts Marshal of officers and senior NCOs

It would turn your hair white and you’d piss in your pants

These kids might prefer Russian roulette to that

Of course that's rubbish. Trump is an alumni of a top flight military academy and is tight with William Shatner who actually was in Judgment at Nuremberg.

The message wasn't "aimed" at kids.

It was aimed Generals and Admirals about violating the posse comitatus act and firing on survivors of bombed vessels clinging to wreckage thereby murdering shipwreaked survivors.

Correct, I've never stood at Court Martial (Special or General) although I was called as a witness to one and stood at Captain's Mast a few times with those under my command.

Only an idiot would invest a corporate entity or business in Minneapolis as it is. Even the state does not deserve it as the commies will take credit for it. It will take a loss of a lot of money to leave. So, forget it.

And while attending the “top flight military academy” on daddy’s dime he participated in basketball, football, and soccer.

But when his country called he had daddy pay a doctor for a bone spurs note.

The doctor rented an offfice in Fed’s building. He did Fred a favor and subsequently received preferential treatment when he needed any repairs.
