Can someone explain to me why sharing nuclear technology with India, which has been a peaceful nation for decades, is a concern for nuclear proliferation but when Bill Clinton makes a deal with the North Koreans to give them nuclear technology for the promise not to use it for weapons and when John Kerry recommends doing the same with Iran, its perfectly alright? Or when Bill Clinton leaks nuclear technological secrets to the Chinese its alright.
Why is giving our enemies nuclear technology perfectly fine but giving it to our friends is a danger for nuclear proliferation?
