Polish expert Jacek Bartosiak (who also frequently talks with Ben Hodges) warned about the situation we have today. Everything started at least in 2014. Europe had lots of time to prepare. They did not. Oh and just in case you ask, no Poland ain't prepared either. All those military vehicle shopping is not as relevant as so some think it is.

Lithuanian Defense Minister Sakal, "We have all been shaken a bit I’d say over the course of the past four days. In Brussels I saw a very interesting change in the room full of my colleagues. In the course of 24 hours went from this illusion that the United States are going to defend Europe. We came to the realization that we are going to defend ourselves with the help of the United States and that’s a bit different formula. We will have to put that money on the table now. We have a debt of over seven decades to the United States all over Europe. Okay, our region probably three decades because we were occupied before that but nevertheless United States paid for the European security debt with interest." Munich Security Conference 15 FEB 2025 Finnish President Alexander Stubb, "I think our problem in Europe quite often is we talk a lot and we do a little. Right now, the ball is in our court. We have to make ourselves relevant in these negotiations."

Always give a bully what they want, so they will stop bullying? Who in their right mind believes that? Giving a bully what they want only convinces the bully that bullying works and they bully some more....

Moscow ulus (empire ) can be crashed by military force of by oil prices (like in 80s) Trump chose the second option . Its the byzantine politic- diplomacy

The EU has approved its 16th sanctions package against Moscow ulus, further tightening economic restrictions.

Riiiight Russia is going to dominate with their broke ass country and brown down military. Those freeloaders in Europe may have to start paying for their own defense though.
