And we keep being shown that America made a huge mistake last November.

US deportations under Biden surpass Trump's record

US immigration authorities last year deported the largest number of undocumented immigrants in nearly a decade, surpassing the record of Donald Trump's first term in office.

More than 271,000 immigrants were deported from the US over the last fiscal year, according to a report released by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency on Thursday.

The ICE report comes just weeks before President-elect Trump, who plans to make mass deportation a cornerstone of his incoming administration, takes office.

President Joe Biden in 2021 had pledged to pause deportations, but his administration ended up expanding it following a surge in border crossings.

In the newly released report, ICE said the steep climb in deportations last fiscal year was partly the result of a streamlined process.

More deportations flights went to further away destinations, including Africa and Asia, which did not accept US deportations for years, the agency said.

A majority of the deportations in fiscal year 2024 involved migrants apprehended by border officials compared to those ICE arrested in the US interior.

Roughly 82% of the 271,000 immigrants deported that year were arrested by border agents.

Like I said, there is no open border.

If more people cross the border illegally, wouldnt one assume that there would also be more deportations? Also, no one cares about deportations; they care about how many people came into the country illegally under Biden.

A majority of the American people want these people deported. And that what SHOULD and what WILL happen.

Now why Immie would you want people who came into this country ILLEGALLY, many are not good people, our people are getting murdered..why is that okay with you??

While what you say is true, Biden completely pooched this issue, and gave a foot in the door to Trump.

It doesn't really matter what the numbers were, it was the PERCEPTION. The perception was that illegals could "rush to the border" and get in, and a lot of them did claiming asylum. Biden tried to mitigate that by issuing EOs at the end of his term, but he should have issued those at the beginning of his term and taken the hit.

Instead, he didn't want to alienate the Hispanic community. Instead, he ended up losing ground in the Hispanic community to Trump by vacilating.

This a nothing thread. The ICE quoted here is from Dec 2024, when Biden was president. So this is Biden talking, who lies in his sleep.

During both the Obama & Biden administrations a "deportation" was defined as the issuance of a summons to appear in court, which were ignored 99%. Like Obama, Biden deported almost nobody. His focus was on bringing people (VOTES) IN.

.
The top secret papers that OMB had was a lot worse than the top secret papers Sleepy Joe had and wasn't suppose to.

So to LIBs that = Orange Man Bad / Sleepy Joe good.

BREAKING:

200+ illegal immigrants arrested in Arkansas operation

Feb 28, 2025
The US Attorney's Office in Arkansas says 219 immigrants in the US illegally were arrested as part of a three-week operation conducted by multiple agencies, including ICE, DEA and FBI. More than 250 people were also charged for suspicion of felony crimes.

Commentary:
If corrupt government officials, Neo-Marxist Democrat politicians are above the law, then why are they and their ideological followers panicking so hard right now?
Why are they hiring attorneys like there’s no tomorrow?
This is low hanging fruit. I’d much rather see corrupt government officials and politicians incarcerated but they are above the law.
