Do you think slaves were paid because they were housed and fed? It would appear that the only difference between the African-Americans who were enslaved and the draftees who were enslaved was that in the former case the enslavement was carried out by private citizens and in the latter case the enslavement was carried out by the State.

What could have possibly led you to the conclusion that I thought the draft during WWII was justified? Unlike you I don't suffer from selective morality which means that I believe slavery is immoral, always has been immoral and that it doesn't matter what person or group of persons is carrying it out.
