And, of course, US sanctions means nothing in high seas. Anyway, if you continue to do this, China, Russia and many other guys will start arresting (or torpedoing) US ships in high seas, too. And however good is US Fleet it can't protect all US ships.
Venezuela knows this too. The best way to get yourself invaded by the US is to mess with our ships.
