US Birthrate Continues to Decline

I know it’s an opinion. Duh.

And dumb is believing lib profs.

Agreed in many cases. But they are not the cause of a declining birth rate. Its not a cultural issue. On the other hand there are some benefits to it. The number of job openings will be astounding as we hear cos whine like little babies about how they can't find workers, like they lied after covid.

That’s still opinion.
Not really....
Inflation adjusted wages comparison shows that each generation has earned a fraction of what each previous generation has earned. Meanwhile every tangible real good has continued to climb in price in keeping with inflation.

And the perception of a stable, financially viable future is absolutely essential for dating or procreation.

As it is each generation is fighting over smaller scraps and crumbs to make ends meet.
Maslow's hierarchy of needs is still a functioning pyramid for society.

You dont go looking for a girlfriend when you are about to become unemployed and homeless.

Sending out a thousand resumes/ CVs doesn't get you a job anymore......they have become a game of keyword searches by AIs....and literally no one is winning these games.
Companies are not loyal to employees, employees are not loyal to companies, and proprietary information is never secret anymore. And in this environment....nobody dates, buys houses, has children.

Children are a luxury item for couples....not a staple. And during times of financial stress people cut back on luxury items.

Whether or not one personally thinks something is affordable is opinion.

Of course. A wealthy person's outlook is different, much different, than a paycheck yo paycheck persons opinion.
children are luxuries....

Financially stressed households cut back on luxuries.

Yet, we still hear some saying that it's only a cultural matter and young people need to forego buying other things so they can have a family. That simply doesnt fly, not even 1 percent.

Its not about attitude, it's about costs rising, wages stagnating, and not enough money coming in. People won't have kids they cannot afford to feed and nor should we ask them to as a society.

So, let's fix those problems, asap.

And not shit talk from nay sayers.

This is the uphill battle that is being fought.
If you look at GenX as a great starting point....
(They kinda screwed up the generations here in the above chart)

But the premise is Definitely holding true despite the shortcomings of the MSM writer writing this article. (Kinda a dumbass)

Greatest Generation gave birth to the Baby Boomers who did anything and everything to be the consumerism generation. They protested the Vietnam war just because it got in the way of their consumerism. The hippies were popular (bums) because there was a huge safety net of lots of great paying jobs....you could go to work anytime you wanted and make a living wage just with minimal efforts. And company loyalty benefitted you because companies were loyal to their employees. Both sides benefitted.

Then came Jimmy Carter and it all turned to crap as GenX was small children.
All manufacturing moved out of the borders. The dollar became so strong it bought insane amounts of foreign labor hours. This partly came about from OPEC and expensive gasoline....(more Jimmy Carter BS)

But it ensured that ALL manufacturing left the USA.....

There were no jobs anymore....factories closed while EVERYONE faced double digit inflation and double digit unemployment.

I see your point. But factory jobs aren't going to pay enough to change the trend unless you advocate for starting pay at $40 per hour. Gut feeling is close wont go for that.

Don’t be average.
Average is exactly what needs to be able to afford the luxury of having children.

Or else we are going go have a complete collapse of society, economy, and all the normal things we expect out of our neighborhoods.

Stop paying for tee vee. Stop taking out car loans. Stop buying excessively packaged food. Stop buying junk from big box stores. Stop sinking money into inflation losing college funds.. Stop—well, get the idea yet?
