You are talking about luxuries that Millenials and GenZ cannot afford. They are NOT purchasing those things. Boomers and GenX are paying for those things. Not the generations we need breeding and having children.

Currently we have more fewer teen pregnancies than over 40 pregnancies....

That clearly demonstrates that people do not feel safe enough to actually have a romantic relationship....
Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a fact....not a feeling.
