Follow the money.

And now tens of billions to Ukraine. Again, follow the money. It is all a fraud by Biden and others.

As an aside, we and the EU are keeping this Biden-provided war going when it could have ended* long ago. But no, we keep the killing going because there is profit to be made.

*Had Zelensky ignored Biden's whispers about NATO and had he [Zelensky] instead gone the neutrality route as Austria did c. 1955 there wouldn't even have been a war.

Follow the money.

The U.S. Department of Defense found that roughly $7 billion worth of military equipment transferred to Afghanistan security forces remained in the country during the Taliban takeover in August 2021.

According to a congressionally mandated DOD report, military assistance delivered to Kabul over the course of 16 years included equipment ranging from air-to-surface missiles, night vision surveillance and Humvees first reported CNN.

...

Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have criticized the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan that ultimately lead to the death of 13 U.S. service members and the collapse of the Afghan government.

Many on the Hill have also voiced frustration that deadly technology was left in the hands of the very group the U.S. toppled 20 years prior.

"After more than 16 years of combat operations, DOD estimates that $7.12 billion of this equipment remains in Afghanistan in varying states of repair," Lodewick said. "It is important to remember that the $7.12 billion figure cited in the Department’s recent report to Congress corresponds to ANDSF equipment and not U.S. military equipment used by our forces.

"Nearly all equipment used by U.S. military forces in Afghanistan was either retrograded or destroyed prior to our withdrawal and is not part of the $7.12 billion figure cited in the report," he added.

Well, on the plus side, eventually they will run out of things to cannibalize parts off of to keep our leftovers in working condition.

Trump pulled 13,000 troops out in 2020, why didn't he take the equipment?

So because he took some troops out you think he should have removed the equipment those still there would need? Armchair quarterbacking is not your strong suit.

They didn't have to leave enough for 14,000 soldiers. Maybe Trump intended it for the Taliban.

Well yes. When you go from more than 13,000 troops to less than 3,000 the vast majority of the equipment should have also left when they still had the manpower to remove it.

Despite your name it is clear you never bothered to serve your country.

So you want to condemn Trump for leaving equipment when the force was reduced, but give Biden a pass for leaving the equipment when the force was eliminated and no one needed it. Maybe you could get an adult to explain the problem with your rudimentary thinking. I realize you were only trying to deflect by whining "but Trump," but it does show the little thought you put into it.

Did you expect Biden to remove all the weapons and equipment Trump left behind?????

Once again you try to deflect instead of stating a cognizant thought. As was explained to you, Trump left boots on the ground, Biden left a Christmas present for the Taliban and ISIS. If you are unable to see the difference you should just keep your thoughts to yourself and stop embarrassing yourself.

Were you in the military? I'm not embarrassed. I think you're an idiot.

Pshaw-- -- a few billion here a few billion there. We can afford it so long as it isn't going towards building the southern wall!

Yep, how many tens-of-billions to Ukraine already? Their border matters, ours is Clowar-Piven to wreck the remains of the Republic, with record amounts of Fentanyl coming across.

Most of the materiel was to be used Afghan National Guard that folded when Joey Xi Bai Dung ordered Bagram AFB closed in the middle of the night.

We should have never sent it there in the first place. When you do stupid stuff, stupid stuff happens.
