Another example of why I just don't understand partisan politics.

Raskin has been saying for weeks that the upcoming public hearings on the Insurrection are going to "blow the roof off" and just amaze people. He's making promises and assumptions that may or may not come true. Holy crap, talk about a buildup.

He's acting like a prosecuting attorney speaking before a jury. Why not just let the hearings, assuming they happen, just speak for themselves? Is this a fundraising thing?
