He cooperated with the one subpoena and returned what they asked for in June. They asked him to add a lock to the storage room. Why would they do that if they thought they had all the docs, Simp?

sure I do, those documents could have been shredded four years ago and the folders remained in a desk. Removed to clean out drawers. It's what happened when I moved from my desk, everything in the file folder into a box. Didn't matter what if anything was in them. Now, the burden is on you to show you know those empty folders left with something in them. You can't. No matter how fking hard you want to shout it out your door, you can't. Plain and simple.
