I haven't said anything about black people being any sort of failures. Trying to make that argument in the form of a question to me is just frail on your part. That's your argument Mac you make it. Mine is that the socioeconomic disparity between black and white families is due to the socioeconomic disenfranchisement of slavery and segregation.
