Unions Gotta Go!

Because it is suppose to be a free society.

right now workers are free to organize and owners are not. Get it?

:lmao:

Don't try to lecture me, Ed. You're going to end up eating your own shoe if you try.

right now workers are free to organize and owners are not. Get it?

And I didnt say shit about the union related federal laws on the books. But again, if I see it worth the attack, it's only worth it from the the public end.

why not worry about it from the private end too?? Maybe public unions will do for public workers what private unions did for private workers.

Sure, THAT'S what happened. Like Burger King did right? lol

Apple? Google?

Oh right, I forgot, YOU are to ignorant to understand BK did an inversion to HIDE PROFITS OFFSHORE, not take jobs, like Apple and Google as well as many Corps do

Edward B has clearly left the fields of logic and economics and history with the his nutty comments. Please, dear, show us you understand, or simply admit you are a low IQ Mises defunct.

AGAIN:

Warren Buffett: ‘It Is A Myth’ That U.S. Corporate Taxes Are High

The corporate taxes as a percentage of GDP were 1.2 percent, $180 billion. That’s just about the lowest we’ve seen. So our corporate tax rate last year, effectively, in terms of taxes paid for the United States, was around 12 percent, which is well below those existing in most of the industrialized countries around the world. So it is a myth that American corporations are paying 35 percent or anything like itCorporate taxes are not strangling American competitiveness.

Expert debunks claim U.S. corporate taxes are too high

According to data from the General Accountability Office cited by Kleinbard, corporations on average paid 12.6 percent as of 2010.

Expert debunks claim U.S. corporate taxes are too high - CBS News

The corporate tax myth

In fact, the United States collects less corporate tax relative to the overall economy than almost any other country in the world.

And that's a more objective measure of tax burden.

U.S. corporate tax collections totaled only 1.7% of GDP in 2009, the most recent year for which complete data is available, according to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.

On that measure, the United States had the third lowest corporate tax burden, behind France and Germany. The worldwide average was 2.8%.

The corporate tax myth - Feb. 23 2012

According to Citizens for Tax Justice, citing U.S. statutory rates in comparison to other countries is inherently misleading:

Many corporate leaders have noted that other OECD countries have lowered their corporate tax rates in recent years, but fail to mention that these countries have also closed corporate tax loopholes while the U.S. has expanded them. As a result, the U.S. collects less corporate taxes as a share of GDP than all but one of the 26 OECD countries for which data are available.

Unions at this point in time are just a cover for organized crime to launder their ill gotten gains.

at any point in time unions are worthless and idiotic since the extra money to pay union wages just comes out of the pockets of poorer non union folks. THere is no free lunch, there is only stealing from others.
Exactly, just another deduction on your paycheck.

  • The union wage premium—the percentage-higher wage earned by those covered by a collective bargaining contract—is 13.6 percent overall (17.3 percent for men and 9.1 percent for women).

Yup, that's "stealing" from the share holders. You don't like the unions, sell the shares, wuckfits.

  • The union wage premium—
Econ 101: the union wage premium comes out of the pockets on non-union workers thus further impoverishing them. Corporations don't print money to pay union wages.
Unions in effect steal from other workers; no net benefit is possible! They should be made illegal again and would be if not for the Nazi-like ignorance of liberals.

Exactly, we collect less tax and drive our corps and jobs away doing so. It's pure liberal stupidity on a Nazi-like scale.

Econ 101: Edward as usual does not what he is talking about. Talk to us about federal and state law, sonny, or admit your a lame brain Mises hack.

Collecting more tax would drive corporations overseas along with job, not paying less. Admit, Edward, you just flipped on a position, or that as a brain damage Mises wack you know nothing..

"Nazi like scale." This is entering loonyville.

You are nothing, Edward, but

Weird your brain doesn't work. IF THE US HAS THE 3RD LOWEST TAX BURDEN OF 28 DEVELOPED NATIONS, HOW DOES THAT BURDEN, DRIVE CORPS OFFSHORE? LOL

Really? You mean with US RECORD CORP PROFITS AND THE LOWEST TAX BURDEN IN 40+ YEARS, THE CORPS CAN'T AFFORD TO SHOULDER SOME MORE COSTS? Even though for the very first time ever, wages were less than 50% of Corp costs?

LMAOROG

too stupid by 10000%. to get from highest rate in world to among lowest burden(actual taxes paid) a corporation must jump through a loophole by moving off shore. See how perfectly stupid a liberal will naturally be??

THE CORPS CAN'T AFFORD TO SHOULDER SOME MORE COSTS?

dear, more costs mean higher prices; no net gain is possible. If workers get more wages consumers get more prices or higher prices. Since workers are consumers no net gain is possible. There is no free lunch.

real income gains from the stone age to here come from new inventions. When someone invented the wheel that translated into higher real wages. Think about that over and over and over again. Liberals in DC don't invent so they cant help. PLease print and post on fridge for daily review.
