Trump is going to claim it was rigged if he loses. We all know that. Biden has nothing to do with it. Proof not needed.

And we will probably see GQP candidates claiming the same thing across the country if they lose. Proof not needed.

The GQP is ripping down our electoral, judicial and law enforcement institutions in real time by refusing to accept their decisions.

The GQP is causing the Constitutional crisis, and it knows it. That's the fuckin' goal.

LOL. He's a Law Professor. Don't call him a liar unless you have proof. He said there are (4) reasons for appeal.

As I said before, there are no underlying CRIMES that were "covered up" by the legal (NDA) Stormy HUSH-MONEY payments.

We'll see after the appeals decision who's lying.
Please link proof Merchan was hand selected.

If he didn't provide it and it is not readily available, he is a liar.

1. True, Hillary is still whining about 2016.

2. A loss is a loss, no whining helps. But both Rs & Ds whine anyway.

3. The GOP is making the system better by trying to eliminate voter fraud. The democrats are ripping the system down with their "Great Replacement" operation of open borders destroying any attempts at "National Security". Biden let 100,000 Chinese and 50,000 Russians into the US. He probably thinks that's his "5th Column". Biden is a TRAITOR.

4. This thread is showing that the democrat's Kangaroo Courts are causing the Constitutional Crisis. Its not the Republicans.

I don't have to prove it, Turley proved it. You called him a liar, so prove it.

There are four reasons that Turley lists that the appeals courts will overturn Merchan's 34 bullshit felonies.

Turley didn't prove it. He made a claim and provided no proof.

I can't prove a negative. That is not how it works.

Can you provide his proof?

And I disagree with all of them and stand behind my claim he lied.

LOL. I disagree with your unproven opinions....so we wait for the appeals process....

Turley provided no proof. You can't provide any proof. You want me to prove a negative...

You are an alien from the planet Saturn sent here in human form to spy on us.

Prove me wrong.

1. OMG, its called google. See CNN link below. You are proven wrong, Merchan was appointed, not randomly selected.

"Here is a quote from a CNN lawyer that proves Merchan was "appointed" and not "randomly selected", as Turley confirmed.
CNN legal analyst Elie Honig recently wrote that there should be concern over a judge being appointed (not randomly selected) who is not just a Biden donor but someone who “has earmarked donations for ‘resisting the Republican Party and Donald Trump’s radical right-wing legacy.’”

Here's what Honig says 'blew his mind' during final day of testimony in Trump trial

2. You can disagree with Turley that there was no "covered up crime". I still say that the CO "insurrection" precedent fits better than your "sodomy" precedent. The 6th Amendment requires "due process" as a Constitutional right, for everyone, even Trump. The fact that you can't specifically list the covered up crimes and explain how they were covered up by Stormy's NDA proves that Bragg and Merchan are political hacks.

One lady on with George Stephanopolous this morning had a very concerning scenario.

Say that Biden wins a very close election in November.

Then say that Trump's 34 count conviction gets overturned soon after. That makes Biden's win illegitimate due to obvious election interference.

So what happens? Or, what should happen?

I think that the USSC needs to step in and review the 34 felony counts and either confirm, or overturn them before the election. As one GOP lawyer said, the 34 counts could be affected by the presidential immunity decision.
Is this like all the other Constitutional crises?

That quote is not present in the linked video I watched, in the linked "elie honig" content I clicked nor in the article to Turley's website I read.

I also noticed the relevant parts of your mystery statement do not include quotes around the parts that support your claim that Merchan was hand picked. Why is that?

Many red flags.

Turley outlines "Four Compelling Problems" with the trial & verdict.

Donald Trump Trial's Four 'Compelling Problems' Outlined by Legal Analyst

I’ll wait for the judges. I don’t have a clue who this hack is? Is this one of the hundreds of “legal scholars” that said there should never have been a trial in the the first place? Newsweek is an easy audience, the NY Court of Appeals, not so much.

1. Here;s the right link, sorry about that. CNN's Honig confirms what Turley said, Merchan was "appointed" not "randomly selected".

Donald Trump’s conviction is nothing more than a ‘thrill kill’

"CNN legal analyst Elie Honig recently wrote that there should be concern over a judge being appointed (not randomly selected) who is not just a Biden donor but someone who “has earmarked donations for ‘resisting the Republican Party and Donald Trump’s radical right-wing legacy.’ ”

2. More comments from CNN's Honig. I bet CNN wants Trump out of prison to help their ratings.

1. Elections used to be "free and fair".
2. Mail-in ballots and "ballot harvesting" and "found boxes of ballots" and not knowing election results for weeks after the election is criminal. Now democrats' open borders and "great replacement" operation is also criminal.
So I agree that our democracy is in jeopardy.

No, in the US elections have never been "free and fair".

The difference is whether anyone told you of anything to worry about. Before social media, they didn't tell you, you didn't know, so you were happy. Now you have people telling you stuff, even if it's not true, then you're unhappy about it (only if your party suffers).

But a two party system is clearly unfair. No group of people with a million or more people will every form two political parties. They'll form at least six. It's obvious the elections are not "free and fair" and never have been.

True. Years ago Chicago "Cook County" had a saying "Vote Early - Vote Often"

Broward County FL never had their ballot counts done on time. "How are we supposed to know how many votes we need?"

I'm sure there was "widespread" voter fraud. I also remember "ACORN"

The problem is that people don't care whether the elections are "free and fair". They seem to only care about what they're told to care about. And even then it's all about being entertained.

I bring up Proportional Representation all the time. Nobody cares. Maybe in the last 4 years or so, three or four people actually expressed interest.

It tells me people like the current system, they like knowing who the "enemy" is. It's simply with a two party system. Doesn't matter what happens, you know who to attack.

The problem is that humans are naturally criminals, always looking for an advantage, legally or illegally.

Maybe in a few years R & D flavored AI will be sophisticated enough to optimize government by mathematical proofs to have an optimized society?
