You conflated rockets and medicine so I responded on each of those two issues separately.

You argue as if people can leave Gaza and go to a "smuggling R us" store and spend their money and choose things from a shelf and that they are refusing to spend money on medicines and instead spend it all on rockets.

That's a narrative you've invented.

You also ignored what I said about even before Oct 7 getting medicines was a struggle even with smuggling so how you expect that not be impacted after Israel starts destroying everything - including these valuable tunnels - beggars belief.

Consider the USA it would rather spend money on weapons and give them to Israel than spend that money on public health care, on helping its own population some of whom are starving, homeless and dying but can't afford to buy medicines because they'd have no home because they'd need to sell it.

The hypocrisy is truly sickening.
