Unemployment Numbers Released - Post Pandemic High Unemployment & Downward Revisions

One thing that has become very clear over the past few years, the rightwing in the US does not care at all about the country's veterans
You dont have to show you care about veterans or the working class. All you have to do is say you care about them, call them real American heroes, blame their issues on some marginalized group, then screw them in the budget and with legislation. I dont think they'll pick up on it. Maybe I am wrong.

Cutting waste is the reason and its just a start. Less government means we the people have more
Means you have less services like Social Security, environmental protection, Veterans services, food and drug protections, defense, parks

No it doesnt it means we get less of what we dont need. The government is loaded with waste. The Grace Commission found 28% of the government is wasted. Fire them

Really. How much "more" are you holding right now Hafar?
Zero. Do you know why? Because you are reciting a myth. A fantasy. Don't be naive enough to believe any of these "cuts" or "savings" are ever going to make their way down to the likes of you. Remember, Trump's pockets come before yours.

Mid term elections next November

Republicans better reverse this current economy and start delivering on their promises on jobs, inflation, cost of living

Nope. Our young workforce is doing great. Very hard working. Why shouldnt they have balance in their lives?
You mean many like Reiner's son. The bulwark of American manhood. Those men who had issues with drugs or other things and admitted to their wrongs and improved themselves we should respect. This man did not. And there are many men and women like him.

I'm supposed to explain your lie?

Uh..
150000 government jobs cut
64000 private jobs created

I want robust job growth and a robust economy - that is how I make my living, a robust economy. Its been 50 years since a Republican gave us that. I always get that during a Democratic administration.
Trump had that before china hit us with covid and dems shut down the economy

And I we are doing better than the numbers suggest now

What is distressing is you have no answers. Nothing. You will increase federal spending hundreds of billions of dollars for your pie in the sky programs and someone will be taxed for it. We have to learn to speed things up in growth and infrastructure again. The 2020 election you were explicit. And then added more legislation as the failures mounted. You refuse to work with Republicans. And when you do, you make sure you are on top. Today the Prog Senators talked about Epstein files release and the bipartisan vote to get them. That is because to them it is their advantage. As far as they know. They would never have done it the last four years as we saw. They have no issue jettisoning some of their own who are not relevant anymore if it came to it for their all-mighty godless party cult. We like to believe improvement when a new administration comes to power. From the beginning except for special interests, you guys ph uked things up. And as usual you did not miss a step as you proved you were dictators in picking your candidates for president. Maye you though that Kamala was going to be worse than Joe and if Trump won it would be better. Perhaps you are right. I believe it. Now come up with programs and agendas without massive waste for 2028. Tell us.

He wasnt around when Carter was president

Your comment is irrelevant because I'm discussing job growth in 2024, at which point in time we had well surpassed pre-pandemic employment. In fact, by the last 9 months of the Biden administration (my source of the comparison), we had surpassed the pre-pandemic employment by about 5 million jobs.

This comparison has nothing to do with "rehiring" or "rebound" from the pandemic. This is just a reflexive comment without much thought.

Your statement wasn't clear.

In the first 9 months of the Trump administration, they've added something like 400,000 private sector jobs. In the 9 months of the Biden administration, they added something like 2 million private sector jobs.

You left out an adjective before "9 months". I thought you meant first, but you meant last.

Other than caring for our veterans, Social Security, our nations defense, safe food and drugs, the safety of our air space….
Thanks to cuts in other places we have more money to spend in those areas
