So, is it illegal?
~~~~~~
Obviously Joey Xi was attempting to hide something if he used 'What's App' under an assumed name(s).
"Government officials' use of private email for official business is discouraged under the law, and officials like Biden are required to preserve all government-related emails conducted on their private accounts under the Federal Records Act. The fact that NARA has such a large collection suggests Biden gave those emails to the nation’s history-preserving agency".
It's illegal if communications referred to criminal activity including conspiracies, or contain Government confidential and/or secret information.
Blah blah blah. If Biden was hiding his tracks, his communications under other names wouldn't be recorded in the archives. So, he really wasn't hiding anything.
So, the short answer to my question? NO. It isn't illegal.
Now, that we got that out of the way - He was doing what other leaders have done - making sure he doesn't get spammed by using multiple email names.
You and the other retard's problem is that you assume it was used for nefarious purposes. And you know what happens when you assume - you make an ass out of yourself. Of course, that isn't a major problem because you are already retards but still...
But hey, go to town with this and see where it gets you. Good luck. :auiqs.jpg:
ROFL!
You're so gullible. It's illegal for him to do that, moron.
You read it right, 82,000 pages of emails. This reeks of secrecy, corruption, and possible treason. With that said, prepare for a
new Trump “scandal” to drop and dominate the news cycle to get this news out of the way 3...2...1
What does the number have to do with it?
Prove it, retard. Prove that it is illegal. Go.
Do you understand what Congressional oversight means, Magnus? People in the Executive Branch have a duty to conduct their duties in such a way that Congress can keep tabs on them to ensure they're NOT doing illegal things...like influence peddling! What the Biden family has been doing is a crime. The use of pseudonyms to hide that criminal activity is just another part of that crime as is the use of shell companies to make it harder to trace where money is coming from when it flows into the Biden family's bank accounts.
Um...retard?
Those emails are in the National Archive.
See if you can figure out how stupid you just sounded.
