"A new Congressional probe of the 2010 sale of U.S. uranium to Russia led by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is examining if the FBI alerted senior Obama administration officials about corruption among the transaction’s Russian players.

The FBI said it had no comment to Newsweek questions about whether Mueller alerted senior Obama administration officials, including Clinton, about the investigation before they brokered the deal. The DOJ did not immediately respond to questions.

As secretary of state, Clinton, along with then-Attorney General Eric Holder, presided on the U.S. Committee on Foreign Investment that approved the deal. sale ended in 2013 and transferred the uranium—which made up 20 percent of American reserves—into Russian hands.

Hillary took a bribe for her influence on the committee. Mueller, Holder, Hillary, and Obama all hid the evidence of what the Russians were doing and kept it hidden, enabling the sale of Uranium One.



2014:


'Evidence proves FBI Director James Comey and his FBI discovered the Russians were attempting to hack Senior members of the US Government, running Psy-Op campaigns in the US in an attempt to divide the nation, and attempting to interfere in the US election.

The evidence further shows that the FBI notified the DOJ (Loretta Lynch), and Barak Obama, and that no attempt was made to protect the American people or the Government – Senior officials were not warned of the attempted hacking, the information about attempted Russian interference and crimes were kept hidden, just as the Obama administration had done in 2009.

President Obama, the FBI, and the DOJ once against did NOTHING to stop the Russians and instead enabled their actions.


The important point: By late 2009 the FBI already had strong evidence of kickbacks and money laundering by Russian nuclear-energy entities operating in the United States in clear violation of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.


Almost one year later (October 2010), the Committee on Foreign Investment, on which both Hillary Clinton and Eric Holder served, approved the first of three stages (ending in 2013) of the sale of a majority stake in Uranium One, which owned massive uranium reserves in the U.S., to Russia’s Rosatom.

Although Clinton claimed that her vote had not been influenced by Uranium One or the Russians, former president Bill Clinton was paid a half million dollars for a single speech on June 29, 2010 by a Russian investment bank (THE KGB BANK) involved in the Rosatom deal. In addition, contributors associated with Uranium One donated $145 million to the Clinton Foundation.


A less noted fact is that Uranium One was represented by the Podesta Group from 2011 to 2013 (managed by John Podesta’s brother), which cashiered $180,000 from its client. The Podesta Group had avoided registration as a foreign agent by claiming that a client, the Centre for Modern Ukraine, had no ties to a foreign government. The Centre for Modern Ukraine was likely funded by ousted Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovich from the billions he extracted before fleeing Ukraine.


The Obama Justice Department chose not to share this information with those government officials responsible for the October 2010 approval of the partial sale of Uranium One to Rosatom.

If the FBI’s evidence of Rosatom’s violations of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act had been disclosed in a timely fashion, the chances for government approval of the Uranium One-Rosatom deal would have vanished, despite its high-level backing from The Podesta Group, Uranium One’s substantial payments to the Clinton Foundation, and Russia’s direct payments to Bill Clinton himself. Hence the stakes in withholding the FBI evidence were quite HIGH!'

Notably absent from The Hill article is the name of Frank Giustra of Uranium One, purported to be the largest single donor to the Clinton Foundation at some $33 million. In fact, Giustra and aides to President Bill Clinton started a Canadian charity to shield the identities of donors to the Clinton Foundation, according to The New York Times. This was in violation of Hillary Clinton’s pledge of transparency as a condition of her becoming secretary of State.




Russia’s nuclear affiliate, Tenex, compromised U.S. companies in the nuclear supply chain by offering "no-bid contracts in exchange for kickbacks in the form of money payments made to offshore banks accounts," according to testimony cited in The Hill's report. Hence, Russia had the evidence to compromise the U.S. companies they partnered with in the nuclear supply chain.


Alarmingly, the materials being transferred by these compromised companies could form the basis for radioactive dirty bombs.




Their five-year investigation yielded only one conviction so far. They appeared to be lax to the extreme in terms of keeping appropriate government agencies, administration officials and Congress apprised of their investigation, even though it related to serious questions of national security.


Given their tarnished record, the American public should ask whether Robert Mueller, Rod Rosenstein and Andrew McCabe should be allowed to preside over any investigation of Donald Trump’s Russian connection, for which no evidence appears to exist other than a dodgy dossier."

FBI gave Clinton email investigation ‘special’ status, deputy director’s email shows

'Shortly before last year’s election, FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe wrote an email on his official government account stating that the Hillary Clinton email probe had been given “special” status, according to documents released Wednesday.

McCabe’s Oct. 23, 2016, email to press officials in the FBI said the probe was under the control of a small group of high-ranking people at the FBI’s headquarters in Washington.'

McCabe wrote that he finally took charge of the Clinton email case in February 2016, when he was promoted to deputy director. By that time, the FBI was eight months into the investigation and his wife had lost the election three months earlier.

Interestingly enough, McCabe's wife, like Comey's wife, had received 'sizeable donation$' from the Clintons....

"A source familiar with the ongoing investigations of McCabe told The Hill that investigators are now in possession of the new emails and will weigh whether they show any activities that violate the Hatch Act’s prohibition on agents’ partisan activity.

Comey and McCabe, who took over the Hillary investigation had HUGE conflict od Interest in that their wives had received cash from the Clintons ... yet they did not recuse themselves from the investigation...and McCabe - the Deputy Director of the FBI - was / is bing investigated for breaking the law, specifically the Hatch Act Rule that prohibits FBI Agents from partisan activity in elections....

Once a government official commits a crime, that official will endeavor to conceal the crime. That official will do whatever is necessary to diminish the attention given to that crime. That official will threaten others with punishment regarding revealing the crime. Supporters of that official will lie to keep cover on the crime. All of these people become criminals. A criminal mentality grows around that official and never goes away.

The FBI became replete with Obama supporters soon after his election. It was already replete with Clinton supporters since Slick Willy Clinton was President. This support continued when Hillary was seen as a possible candidate for the White House.

The Obama/Clinton/FBI team continues today to be corrupt and dishonest.

It is difficult if not impossible to get a corrupt organization to investigate itself. Therein lies the major problem with President Trump's goal of reorganizing the FBI.

Remember everybody in Washington thinks everybody not in Washington is stupid...and we only have a say every two years, on election day...and even then, they seek immediately to undermine our vote.
