UN war crimes panel says 14 possible chemical weapons attacks in Syria, and rebel atrocities mounting

Do we not all remember Kerry' s statements before Congress earlier this month in which he claimed most of the Opposition Forces were Syrians and not foreign Extremist fighters?
And another thing, I get the distinct impression from the comments of members this Commission that many of these investigations under way involve claimed acts by these Rebel Extremists.
