I still cannot figure out why we are hearing more about Abu Grahib after 48 days since the story broke, but noting about this scandal and all its implications.

In the story below, the money was used to buy Mercedes and French Perfume? Gee, makes one wonder why Germany and France have been stone walling us in our efforts to fight terrorism - not.
