UN: Israel committed "Complete Massacre" and "the worst ever" in Gaza

No Palestine, no occupied Palestinian territory.

Glad you agree.

It's hardly surprising that Israel will deny it's doing anything wrong, deny it's occupation. But ask a Palestinian if there's an illegal occupation, after all we wouldn't have asked the Nazis if they pursued the Holocaust, we'd ask Jews wouldn't we?

One doesn't ask the oppressor one asks the oppressed.

Facebook and Instagram now consider the word "Zionism" a sign of anti-Semitism and its use a sign of "hatred". That is, there is a complete ban on criticizing the genocide carried out by the state of Israel.
If there is no USSR, there will be no censorship, they assured us...

Yeah, it's almost as if Hamas did something so horrendous, so objectionable, so cowardly that Israel needs to liberate Gaza from Hamas. You know, something like attack civilians in the dead of night, kill as many as possible, and take hostages back with them. Something like that, that the world is completely ignoring in favor of attacking Israel, yet again.

But ask a Palestinian if there's an illegal occupation,

What's a Palestinian? Do you mean Arab?
Occupation of what? Be specific.

The following quote describes situations like this perfectly

“If you would know who controls you see who you may not criticise.”

Tacitus
A quote by Tacitus

What's a Palestinian? Do you mean Arab?
Occupation of what? Be specific.
Yes Palestinian Arabs.

Israel contests that it is an illegal occupying power, yet there are several factors that the UN regards as material proof of occupation including forced annexation, denial of Palestinian right to self determination, denial of freedom of movement, military checkpoints etc.

There are many UN resolutions that condemn the occupation as a violation of the UN charter.

Israel would by now have been forced to withdraw but has been aided and abetted by the United States which as a permanent member of the security council has the right to veto any such resolution and has done so many times.

Until a resolution is passed that can apply sanctions to Israel for defying the UN, Israel will no doubt continue to procrastinate and do as it please, failing that I see war as the inevitable outcome to Israel's intransigence and brutality, because the Palestinians - inline with the UN - do regard Israel as an occupying force and therefore - as entitled to under international law - has a right to use force to resist the occupation.

Funny, you use the term "illegal" here, as well as "occupation". The problem is that none of the other words in the paragraph match the legal definition of occupation. Nor do any of the other words in the paragraph define the international law (treaty or custom) which delineates territory belonging to a state of Palestine (which you agree doesn't exist).
There are many UN resolutions that condemn the occupation as a violation of the UN charter.
The UN is not international law. UN resolutions are not law. Just because the UN says something, does not make it true.

Yes, as I said Zionists deny they are in the wrong, that's understood, they are habitual liars and deceivers.

You can tell that to the Judge.

"Zionist" has become a slur. It is used by antisemites as code for "bad Jew" (as opposed to the "good" Jews who are willing to give up equal rights to self-determination in the Jewish homeland).

Here's a hint for those of you who would like to criticize the actions taken in war by the Israeli government. Use the words "Israeli government" instead of "Zionist". Or use the language chosen above "State of Israel". There is no context at all which requires use of the word "Zionist". None.

Shrug. Prove me wrong, then. Should be easy enough to do. Just name the treaty (or customary law) which delineates the state of Palestine's territory. Easy peasy.
You can tell that to the Judge.
What, you mean to the judge at the kangaroo court which has no jurisdiction over Israel?

Yes Palestinian Arabs.

What's a "Palestinian" Arab?
Is it less useful than a regular Arab?

Israel contests that it is an illegal occupying power,

Occupying what?

yet there are several factors that the UN regards as material proof

The UN? That group that lets shithole countries vote? Meh.

Israel would by now have been forced to withdraw

From what?

It's a human being, albeit not Jewish.
Israel contests that it is an illegal occupying power,

Occupying what?
Ask them, they contest the accusation, ask them what they are contesting.
yet there are several factors that the UN regards as material proof

The UN? That group that lets shithole countries vote? Meh.
The organization that supported the creation of the state of Israel.

From what?
The occupied territories.

Occupied territories of what?

Palestinian territories

No such thing.

West Bank? East Jerusalem? Gaza Strip? Are those countries?

Golan Heights? Yeah, they occupied the shit out of that.

For a person supposedly familiar with this subject you ask an awful lot of basic beginners question, so I'd like to suggest this book. Once you've gotten through that come back here and we can over some of the basics again, see how you've improved, Good Luck!
