Well it's way past time Russia started doing it because in almost three years of war they have not once targeted the Ukrainian leadership and their handlers, Putin is far too humanitarian, he should wipe Kiev off the map where those rats are located, Zelensky should have been killed a long time ago, if a US General had been murdered 4 miles from the White House i think we know how the US would react.
