The expression Indo-Germanic has nothing to do with race. Indo-germanic is a group of languages. A common character of this languages is it for example to use combinations of consonants while other languages are swinging between consonants and vocals. With "race" has indo-germanic nothing to do. It exist for example in Europe languages which are not indo-germanic languages. It means the main habitats of this languages are between India and Scandinavia. But the Indo-Germanic language "English" for example is meanwhile also worldwide at home - and this has also nothing to do with "race". It has to do with the British colonialism. The British Empire once controlled about 25% of the whole planet. In India for example is English still an offcial language because it is wide spread used in India where are spoken many other languages. India has many languages but not a common language "Indian". So English fills this gap as an inter-Indian language. If the mass media would not exist then I guess the local form of English in India would be now much more far from the original form in England and no one would think it is English any longer what the Indians speak. But schools and mass media slow down the normal speed of such changes. So we see an Indian character (dialect) but still not a total loss of the ability to communicate worldwide in English.

Sad - really sad. But when you remember Chernobyl for example then you see the Russian leaders had no problem to send their own firefighters into a nuclear hell, although it was totally senseless to do so. The Soviet leaders (not so Gorbachev!) - and other rulers of the Russian history - often had been without any scruple and without any real priorities far from the own egocentrism. Exists the word "responsibility" in the Russian language at all? This word bases on the fact that everyone - whether one likes this to know or not - is responsible in the eyes of god. How for heavens sake think some people they are able to stand in front of their creator without starting to sink immediately into their own hell which they are creating for others? Not only suffer, destruction and death of the Ukraine and the Ukrainians accuses Putin and his criminal gang - also the blood of the own Russian children accuses this Russian tyrant and his criminal gang. Russia is the biggest country of the world with rich ressources. Everyone could live in prosperity and peace in this country.
Kim Jong-Un is by the way also one of the most ruthless murderers of the whole planet - as was his father and his grandfather. All of them are high traitors of Korea and this Sowiet god-king regime was once put in power from the monster Satlin.
