Ukrainian TV invited a Kazakh guest to talk about situation in Kazakhstan.

Hosts talked to him in Ukrainian, he in Russian language said he doesn't understand Ukrainian, tgen the host said that Ukrainian legislation prohibits hosts to talk in Russian and asked another guest to translate whatcthe hosts says to the Kaxakh guest.
