Slanted BBC article but whatever.

If true, not good! Zelensky should have taken the deal!

Said it before, the longer this goes on the further it slips in Russia's favor. Without foreign troops on the ground, there was never a path to victory for the Ukes.

Russia will eventually attrit them down. It might be painful for Russia, but remember they were in Afghanistan for 10 years and Afghanistan wasn't right next door.

In October alone, Russia was able to occupy an estimated 500 sq km of Ukrainian territory, the most it’s taken since the early days of the full-scale invasion in 2022.

By contrast, Ukraine has already lost around 40% of the territory it seized in Kursk in August.

“The key is not to capture but to hold,” Vadym said, “and we’re struggling a bit with that.”

The Ruskies have foreign troops in the field of war because Russia is as weak as Ukraine.

Zelenski thought his Kursk offensive would cause the Russians to back off, but it has backfired on him. Now Putin will not agree to a cease-fire until the Ukrainian troops are expelled. And then, his negotiating position will become harder. I am beginning to believe that Zelenski will have to be removed before any peace settlement can occur.

I do agree about Zelensky. Putin’s not going anywhere and Zelensky really doesn’t want peace unless it’s on his terms he’s not gonna win this war. I’m sorry it’s not gonna happen. The Ukrainian people have fought bravely, but they cannot go on indefinitely.

But, but, the Ukrainians are winning according to the Leftists.

Historically, Ukraine always loses against Russia.
