While Russia is strengthening its military presence on the Ukrainian-Russian border more and more escapees flee the conflict for Russia. In contrast to Syria the majority of the refugees don´t flee to government held areas. There is not even a number of escapees who go to areas held by the Ukrainian government but 117.000 are internally displaced.

Cease-fire violations occurred on both sides of the conflict, with 32 violations recorded by the Ukrainian Armed Forces and 37 by pro-Russian militants in the area. Most of the attacks targeted areas near the Donetsk airport as well as in and around Pisky village. Senior representatives from both Ukraine and Russia's armed forces were in agreement about the situation, the OSCE noted.

Eastern Ukraine has been embroiled in conflict for nearly a year following Russia's annexation of Ukraine's Crimea Peninsula. Despite all parties signing the Minsk Protocol in September 2014 to de-escalate the crisis through the institution of an immediate cease-fire and the withdrawal of illegal armed groups, fighting continues.

Prosecutor General Vitaliy Yarema's report to Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko cites two possible causes for the accident -- a moving violation or a vehicle malfunction. Eastern Ukraine has been roiled in conflict since the ousting of pro-Russian President Viktor Yanukovych and the subsequent Russian invasion and annexation of the Crimean Peninsula.

A source of tension between Russia and the West, the Kremlin has been accused of sponsoring fighters in Ukraine to strengthen the pro-separatist movement in region which is dominated by ethnic Russians. Nearly 5,000 people have been killed in the conflict.

The bus crash was really a road accident between a truck and the bus. The upsurge in cease fire violations comes like clockwork whenever a convoy of "aide" comes from Russia. That war would have been over long ago if Putin would have stopped supplying the gangsters, thugs and Moscow leaders that control the called rebel forces. Take away the "Russian volunteers", the Chechens and other foreign fighters and the separatist are little more than street corner gangs and criminals. In Luhansk they are turning on each other. Top leader "Batman" was recently assassinated by other separatist.
