Trump single handedly dragged the West from the ledge of the abyss. He converted so many along the way, including myself. How many former Neo-Con GOP and/or Establishment politicians understand now?
Allowing China into the WTO effectively ended the global world order which America had lead for decades. This is the truth and it was entirely avoidable. The clock needs to be turned back and lessons learned.
In 2003 I read a book given to me in my MBA program. I still have it in fact. I read the glowing reviews of China and how much of the U.S market they had taken, "the miracle" of China. I felt uneasy. I didn't want to see China take from the U.S, I wanted to see the U.S and their value-system continue to lead the world.
Trumps needs to stay the course. Here is a Labour PM stating openly that the West made mistakes on immigration and "globalization".
If not for Trumps sheer defiance and the hand of G-d protecting him, where might we be today?
My advice to Trump would be "don't make any deals too soon (if at all in many cases), stand behind the tariffs and demand U.S companies in particular come back home and manufacture in America. Demand foreign companies make in America"
People can complain all they want but if I can admit it you can admit it, Trump was right. Get behind him and support Americas drive to return back to a global economic manufacturing leader. If not, China is going to win and you are going hate how the world is run.

U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer will announce Sunday that he understands the rationale behind President Donald Trump’s tariffs and that the West is entering a new economic era.
"The world has changed, globalization is over and we are now in a new era," the prime minister’s office said in a statement to the Sunday Times. "We’ve got to demonstrate that our approach, a more active Labour government, a more reformist government, can provide the answers for people in every part of this country."
The statement comes after Trump announced new tariffs on dozens of countries around the world on Wednesday, including a 10% levy on goods from the U.K.
While Starmer will still argue that tariffs are wrong, according to the Sunday Times report, the prime minister will also admit that he understands the rationale behind Trump’s move and why such policies have become increasingly popular with voters.
"Trump has done something that we don’t agree with, but there’s a reason why people are behind him on this," the prime minister’s office said in the statement.
Starmer is expected to emphasize the failures of free trade and mass migration specifically during the address on Sunday, the report said, arguing that it has failed millions of voters.
