London appears now to be ready to become the International Capital of Scotland, in what actually became not a populist rejection of EU. Younger voters--like in the Sanders campaign--voted Remain, or could not vote. Scotland and London voted Remain. Old people, and a relatively provincial vote: Determine a "Leave" future to be in UK's best interest.

The vote is non-binding, however. Cameron will step down in October. The Conservatives will then have to cram someone else down the national throats as PM!

Effectively, there is no direct election of a new PM--a populist outcome--in the offing. It is not even clear just what form "Leave" will take. Were the referendum "Populist," then a clear Leave path would have been included in the ballot itself. What happened is that people, mainly in the English countryside, vote to leave all that up to an unknown Conservative PM, likely from London. London itself, voted to Leave.

And it is not clear what role a UK lawsuit could have.

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Not all snotty bigots among UK White Eyes: Left when they still had a chance! London Mayor is Moslem, and there may be others(?)!

He was forced to step down?

Cameron seems to be a "Leave" vote victim himself

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!'
(Maybe soon binding resolution, for Lands of Many Nations, voting: "Leave!"(?)!)

Cameron nutted himself.

He gambled on "Remain" but promoted it in ways that smell of fear-mongering and made him look foolish but not just foolish - weak and ineffective.

The resignation headed off what surely would have been a "no-confidence" vote within days.

Much more graceful this way though he seems to want to linger a bit too long so there may yet have to be a vote to effectively speed the plow.

So just as likely there will be new elections in UK, a Scottish Independence referendum, and no major rush to Brexit.

(Many White Eyes maybe not vote for Leave in their Lands of Many Nations, resulting in New Treaty(?)! Lands of Many Nations already know about treaties! Many Nations know maybe can be Consultants(?)!)
