When did I ever claim Barack Obama was the worst President in history? I will state without reservation that he is the most overrated President in history. His vaunted "intellect" has rarely been displayed and that was why we supposedly elected him! He's been a disaster with both the economy and with foreign policy. His promise to be the most transparent Administration ever has become a punch line as is his Obama Doctrine..."Leading From Behind". As for his being bi-partisan?
