Maybe by accident, maybe not. This reminds me of the constitution in Animal Farm that originally read "All animals are equal". After the pigs moved into the Big House, the animals checked again, and it now read "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others". MSN

It was apparently in error and what is online doesn't replace what is written and enforced in millions of government documents since it was signed. As an example, we have a website that provides the full Charter of Rights and Freedoms in great detail, appears so beautiful and official, Moral of the story, "what is shown online doesn't always reflect reality"...

Explain.

What do you mean "online Constitution"?????

As far as I am aware, humans didn't have computers until the 40's.......and there was nothing "online" until the 80's.

The facsimile of the US Constitution as displayed electronically on the Library of Congress' website. I wasn't trying to make it difficult, but apparently I did.

We need to upgrade security on these websites.
Next thing you know some fool is go to hack the USGS website, change the force of gravity maps and all hell will break loose.

Imagine people crushed flat from the force of gravity, or worse yet..... people just floating off into space!

Yep, we need to guard these online documents better.....

TRESPASSERS WILL BE SHOT!

The Constitution applies only to American citizens. Invaders are under the jurisdiction of martial law.

There Is No Such Thing as a "Reliable Source"

Don't be a mind-slave to hired authority.

No worries. Most of us understood what you wrote, immediately.
